Role Overview:As a Team Member at AURA Nightclub, you will be the face of our venue, providing top-notch customer service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable time. Whether it's welcoming them at the entrance, assisting with table reservations, or serving as a helpful point of contact on the dance floor, you will be a crucial part of creating an electric atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor, setting the tone for an incredible night.
- Assist with table reservations, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest inquiries and needs throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with the bar and floor staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, helping with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Promote upcoming events, special offers, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving guest concerns, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of AURA.
- Work as part of a cohesive team, assisting other team members in different areas when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential; a passion for creating memorable experiences is what matters most.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive and energetic attitude, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
