We're looking for fun, responsible and highly motivated individuals to join our team of line servers and help provide our guests with exceptional dining experiences. The ideal line server will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as multi-task effectively in a busy environment. We're looking for an individual who is able to work well on a team and can be comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to tell a joke.
- Handle money.
- Communicate with customers.; Wait tables and carry trays of food for customers.
- Know what the daily specials are.
- Patronise customers by making occasional friendly contact with them.
- Be alert and pay attention to details such as how many tables are being served, what customers are ordering, when orders are ready to be served, and whether or not there is a back-up food supply.
- Be comfortable in hot and cold weather.
- Work long hours on feet.
