Dimensions are a leading not-for-profit provider of support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Relief Female Support Workers in Slough will work across two homes supporting 11 ladies who have learning disabilities. You will empower the independence of the ladies we support by enabling them to live the life that they choose.
The ladies we support are aged between their40's and 70's. They would like to meet Relief FemaleSupport Workers who can support them with activities including:
- Going out for meals in the local area.
- Shopping trips.
- Away days (one household recently went to Bournemouth).
- Music sessions at home.
- Pampering treats including manicures and pedicures.
These ladies would like you to know that although they don't all use words to communicate, they can understand you and have a variety of ways of telling you what they want. If you have not had to communicate with people in this way before do not worry as Dimensions provide all Relief Female Support Workers with full training.
As you can see these ladies live exciting lives! There are a variety of shifts available between 07.15am and 10pm as well as 9.45pm-7.45am waking night shifts. Dimensions are happy to offer a pay rate of £10.88 per hour.
Relief Female Support Workers may also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and personal care.
