Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, ensuring their comfort and providing assistance as needed.
- Answering any questions.
- Upsell and suggest additional items.
- Uphold company standards
- Anticipate and fulfil customer needs, providing prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.70-£13.50 per hour
