Chief Rentals are looking for new driver/valeters to join our busy site at Erdington. Great customer service, time keeping, flexible working hours, and attention to detail are all essential for this role.
Our driver/valeters play an integral part in the success of our business as they are often the first point of contact for our customers.
Positions are based on a full time basis, including weekend work on rota basis. Benefits are:-

Responsibilities:-
- To clean and valet vehicles inside and out to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- To deliver and collect a variety of vehicles to and from the whole of the UK
- Public transport will need to be used…. (buses, taxis, planes and trains). (Return travel is paid for).
- Occasional overnight stays (Hotel and meal provided)
- To inspect all vehicles upon delivery and collection to ensure that any defects or damage is recorded, agreed and signed for by the customer, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- Where appropriate to identify any faults on the vehicles and report as necessary
- To complete all necessary handover paperwork, such as rental check sheets etc ensuring that all details are accurate.
- Full, Clean UK driving licence is essential for insurance purposes (maximum 3 points).
Candidates must also possess the following skills/abilities:-

- Punctual and reliable.
- Have a flexible and positive approach to work.
Beneficial but not essential:
- Previous experience in the industry.
- C1 licence category.
