Job Description – Quality Assurance Team Member
Redline Assured Security (Redline) are a security company providing quality assurance testing across Aviation and sites of Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). Redline deliver Quality Assurance (QA) assessments throughout the UK and are looking for individuals across the following locations to include all ages, gender and ethnicity to join our associate base.
Bristol
Scotland - Glasgow and Aberdeen
London / Gatwick
Redlines QA program will require you to attend, a free, training course (This is currently being run virtually) which covers all of the theory elements of the role. Following completion of the course, and on the day of your first working day prior to commencement of the QA requirement, a Test Controller will take you through the practical aspects to reinforce the theory training. Rest assured that during your first few QA days, the Test Controller and experienced members of the team will provide you with support in delivery.
This work is conducted on an Adhoc basis, therefore Redline provide no guarantees in the number of days you will be provided, but Redline also don’t expect you to provide them with a specified number of days availability. You would be asked your availability the month prior to taskings and subsequently offered days of work to suit. The average length of day does vary subject to location, but the average time on site at a location can range between 2 – 6 hours and there are competitive rates of pay. On completion of your allocated days for the month you will be required to invoice the company direct.
You will be expected to work in a small team, managed by a Redline Test Controller who will provide you with site specific information to assist you in preparing for your day of work. On the day of work you will undergo a through briefing from the Test Controller, to include questioning and answering to confirm understanding. You will be required to complete your task as directed and then report your findings to the Test Controller. You are to work with complete diligence, with the utmost attention to detail to ensure that all work is delivered to the highest possible standards and most importantly in a professional manner.
All attendees will be subjected to a full 5 year background check and Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) check, the costs of which are covered by Redline, prior to commencement of the course.
