Job Title: Marketing Associate
Job Type: Self-employed
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Location: Remote Working
Job Purpose:
Admin and More are looking for a Marketing associate to join our Marketing team to provide task cover for our clients. Our clients require a variety of marketing tasks to be performed, such as social media management, blog and article writing, creating email newsletters and website editing.
Our clients are busy professionals or business owners who need help, but sometimes don't know where to start. Our job is to help them identify how we can help and make their lives easier and free up their time. Because of that, we tend to brainstorm and provide solutions rather than simply take orders for tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with clients over emails, phone and Microsoft Teams.
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients.
- Managing social media accounts and developing a content strategy.
- Creating marketing materials for social media.
- Conducting research to write blogs and articles.
- Designing email newsletters and setting up email automations.
- Creating and branding booklets.
- Update company websites (page designing, not coding) and social media channels.
- Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Keeping up to date with the organisations best practices and complying with all policies/procedures.
- Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities that can reasonably be expected of the post-holder.
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- You must have a suitable internet connection.
- You need to have your own computer and phone.
- You must be self-employed and responsible for paying your own taxes.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience of working in a Marketing role
- Fully computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Canva
Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to build, manage and develop professional business relationships.
- Creativity to design visually pleasing marketing material.
- Prior experience writing blogs and/or articles.
- Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Awareness of IT remote principles.
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidentiality – able to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- High-level of communication skills to influence and represent the organisation (both verbal and written).
- High level of time management, planning, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Able to manage your own workload with high degrees of flexibility to match demand.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working to tight deadlines.
