Claims Processor-Handler
Who are you?
- Previous experience managing subsidence claims in the UK (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in the property insurance sector (highly regarded)
- Previous experience coordinating trades/professional services across multiple properties/projects (desirable)
- Previous experience writing reports for property insurance claims (desirable)
- Ability to coordinate contractors to conduct arboriculture reports and fulfill approved tree work
- Customer is at the heart of everything you do!
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to overcome challenges to service delivery, such as contractor appointment delays and expediting priority tree work
- Attention to detail when entering information into job management systems
- Ability to work at a high tempo and not get distracted or bogged down by activities that deliver limited value
- Positive and personable who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders, especially customers and preferred contractors
- Preference to obtain information from stakeholders via phone, and only to use email when practical to do so – keyboard warriors need not apply!
- A target driven individual who can be self-critical about their own performance and constantly strive to improve their overall performance delivery – “I did well last month, but how can I do better this month?”

Salary: £17.00-£18.00 per hour
