Senior Customer Service Administrator/Call Handler


 

We are looking for an organised, compassionate and reliable individual to join our friendly Team. Our Team are vital to the exceptional service level we provide to our patients.

This role will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

The role

  • Predominantly answering the phones for our Northern Ireland clinics.
  • You will liaise with patients via email, telephone and address their requests and queries in an efficient, courteous manner.
  • Answering sensitive phone calls.
  • Processing paperwork in line with company policies.
  • Liaising with hospitals regarding patient queries.
  • Place orders when required.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
