Total People, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to come and join our Operations team in the position of Programme Coordinator.

In this role you will provide an accurate, efficient, and timely administration service including customer advice, learner records, raising sales and purchase orders and credit control processes and liaising with clients or customers to resolve issues. You will also liaise with external and internal stakeholders to support the running of the delivery programmes which could involve, manning reception at one of our centres, exam invigilation, supporting on careers events and contacting learners and employers.

This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis (37 hours per week), however part-time applications will be considered.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Oversee communication channels to support learners and stakeholders that have any questions or queries
  • Undertake exam invigilation at various locations predominately in the Northwest, however there is an expectation for occasional national travel
  • Raising Purchase orders and invoices on the finance portal
  • Booking travel and accommodation for your area of responsibility
  • Checking and completing attendance registers for learners
  • Undertake everyday administration tasks required to support managers and Learning coaches in your area of responsibility

In order to be successful in your application you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

  • GCSE Maths and English at L2 or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficiency in general IT systems & Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of finance systems
