We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain records of guests and reservations.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Provide general information about the local area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
