Home-based Client Advisor


 

As a Client Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with our Key Clients. You will provide customised support to meet their specific requirements and ensure accurate and timely processing of all their bookings. Additionally, as you establish these relationships, you will naturally have the opportunity to upsell additional services to contribute to the growth of Viewber. You will also assist Viewber Members with any queries related to the bookings conducted for our Key Clients.

We currently have two full-time positions available as follows:

Role One: Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Role Two: Sunday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Salary £28,500 per annum

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working from home
  • 2+ years of continuous service in Customer Service, Administration or Sales, in a non-retail environment
  • Level 2 English (or equivalent) AND Level 2 Math's (or equivalent). Not sure of your qualification level? Please check out this link
  • Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • A calm and professional telephone manner
  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written
  • Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company

  • Someone who is happy and able to work from home productively
  • Someone with a “can do” positive attitude
  • Someone who can multi-task and prioritise their workload well in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who is happy to pick up the phone and build rapport quickly
