More about your role

This role is supported by a team of property managers based in Bath, with a common goal of providing our residents with excellent customer service. As well as complying with both statutory and contractual requirements we must meet strict client performance targets and KPIs.

As part of your role you will be the tenants point of contact for any concerns they may have regarding their property, you will be responsible for triaging any queries to the relevant departments within Touchstone.

You will carry out weekly safety alarm and health and safety checks, ensuring all actions are documented and followed up. The role encompasses reporting repairs in accordance with the organisation's procedures.

The role is 30 hours working Monday to Friday 6 hours per day.

More about you

The role will ideally suit someone with an understanding of the housing sector although full training will be provided – if you have a willingness to learn and strong work ethic, a can-do positive attitude you will be successful in this role. The duties will vary so you will need to be flexible. Excellent customer service skills are essential, to ensure our customers receive a positive experience.
