The role
The Business School is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide a professional, efficient and effective service. You will form part of a dynamic team of administrators who work closely to ensure key school activities are managed and delivered on time.
The Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for staff from across the Business School. They will need to address queries to a high standard by exhibiting tact, discretion, maintaining confidentiality as required and demonstrating a steady hand regardless of the volume of work. Independence and initiative will be required to react to changing priorities and work circumstances, with scope to make decisions within their own remit. The role holder will organise their own day-to-day workload to meet their objectives.
